By claiming the “Golden ticket voucher” referred to as the offer, you agree to these redemption terms and conditions.

Eligibility to redeem:
- The voucher is open to redeem only to entrants over 18 years of age on the date of entry.
- In claiming the voucher, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any voucher you may win. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
- The prize is free and can only be claimed once by the person and/or company registered.
- A photo os the voucher is required to be attached to the email as proof of ownership of the Golden ticket.
How to redeem:
There a chance to obtain the voucher when you attend a Business Clan event and claim a free goody bag with a chance to find the golden ticket in the bag.
The voucher:
The voucher is a free Web and Social Performance Analysis worth £550 + VAT.
This voucher is only offered for this service and is not exchangeable for any of our other services.
Expiry date:
The expiry date is as stated on the voucher.
Data protection and publicity:
You consent to any personal information you provide by redeeming the voucher which will be used by Business Clan for the purposes of administering the voucher redemption, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

Each redeemer agrees to the announcement of their first name and place of work via Business Clan’s social media.

Limitation of Liability:
Business Clan does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the voucher redemption and that Business Clan does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
