Business Vision and Brand Positioning workshops for Wimbledon restaurant

Siriwan attended our first Peer Network in 2020. She built such a strong relationship with Bernice and Delia through the one-to-one support that they gave her that she wanted to continue working with Business Clan.

The Business Vision workshop helped me to specialise my ideas and my business plan and to put in place the strategic actions that I need to move forward. Before the brand positioning workshop, I hadn’t thought that branding was important for my small restaurant on the edge of Wimbledon, but I see now that brand becomes an important part of business expansion. I don’t follow fashion or trends, but now I know brand is more than that: it shows your identity and you should pay attention to it. Bernice showed me how.

We looked at the different brands and personas for our two restaurants and are finalising the work on our sub brand. We have already scheduled our next session!
