Her area of expertise is Employee Relations where she concentrates her efforts on helping business leaders to create and maintain a positive relationship with their employees. She is also experienced in working with Unions.
Wellbeing is another key focus area for Dolina where she can really help businesses to develop their health and wellbeing offer to create a happy and engaged workforce.
Professional experience
Originally from the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, Dolina now lives in the beautiful countryside at the Essex/Suffolk border. Yoga keeps her centred and sane and she loves, loves, loves to travel.
Dolina is an experienced HR leader of 15 years having successfully managed teams of various sizes ranging from 1 to 50. During this time, she led and developed individuals, business leaders and their teams enabling them to achieve their personal goals whilst delivering successful results. She has worked in both public (Essex County Council) and private (Thomas Cook and Barclays UK) sectors in Senior HR Business Partner roles.
