Alana Graham

Alana has over ten years’ human resources experience in a wide range of sectors including at Ernst & Young, the NHS and City University London. Her roles have included providing HR guidance and support to Directors and Senior leadership teams.
Professional experience
In her spare time Alana is a cake artist and enjoys making unusual cakes and transforming dreams into edible reality. Playing hockey helps her burn off all that cake indulgence!
Alana is CIPD qualified and holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resources. Originally from Trinidad, she was one of the first international students to win a scholarship to Kingston University, London. She also holds a Post Graduate diploma in Financial Management and enjoys working with numbers.
In her role as HR Consultant at Business Clan, Alana covers all aspects of HR including Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations and Training and Development. She enjoys working on projects tailored to our clients’ needs, helping them to grow their businesses with best practice advice.
