Company secretarial services

We use company secretarial software to provide company registers online. A company register is required by law and must be available for inspection at your registered office address. An online digital register is easier to maintain and easier to provide for inspection because you can send pdf copies of the relevant registers to the requestor.

We also use our company secretarial software to electronically file your paperwork directly with Companies House. For example, when a new director is appointed, or your annual Confirmation Statement needs to be filed.

Our contracts and compliance team will help with drafting resolutions and updating your registers e.g. in relation to the allotment of new shares, the appointment or resignation of a director or a change of registered office address.

Our registered office address service can be used for official purposes i.e. to receive post from Companies House, HMRC and other government bodies (it cannot be used as a business mail address).
