Express Web and Social Audit​

1. 1. By entering the prize draw you agree to these prize draw terms and conditions.
   2. The prize draw is being run by Business Clan Ltd, a limited liability company, with registration number 08961744 and registered office address 16 West Barnes Lane, West Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom, SW20 0BU (Business Clan).
      Eligibility to enter
   3. The prize draw is open only to entrants over 18 years of age on the date of entry.
   4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
   5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
   6. The prize draw is free to enter.
      How to enter
   7. To enter the prize draw, simply register for our quarterly newsletter (The Business Clan Buzz) via our website.
   8. Business Clan will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
   9. The prizes include:
      • a Social Media and Web Audit worth £550 – to be redeemed by 24th February 2026.
   10. Business Clan’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
   11. One winner will be drawn at random and will receive the prize stated above.
   12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   13. The dates specified above will not be extended under any circumstances.
   14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
   15. The decision of Business Clan regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the same.

Winner announcement

1. 1. The winners will be notified after 14th February 2026 via email or phone as provided by you when entering. The winners will be announced on Business Clan’s social media.
   2. Business Clan will attempt to notify the winner by email or phone up to two times.
   3. If the winner does not respond to Business Clan’s message notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second notification, they will lose their right to the prize, and Business Clan reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data protection and publicity

1. 1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Business Clan for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
   2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@businessclan.com
   3. Each winner agrees to the announcement of their first name and place of work via BC’s social media.
   4. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Business Clan’s privacy notice.

Limitation of Liability

1. 1. BC does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Business Clan does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General

1. Business Clan reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
