In recognition of International Women’s Day 2019, our co-director, Nicolle Anderson, will be speaking at a seminar run by Kingston Chamber of Commerce. As this year’s IWD theme is #BalanceForBetter – a call-to-action for driving gender balance throughout the world – Nicolle will talk about:

• How women in business face the same challenges today that they have faced for the past 60 years
• How women that have managed to rise to the top have achieved success
• How we are challenging the traditional work model at Business Clan
• What we can all do to bring about change

There will also be a talk from Adrienne Gibson on “Courageous leadership and the impact it has in business and in life”

Adrienne Gibson specialises in transformational change at the individual, team and organizational level. Adrienne will talk about courageous leadership and the impact it has in business and in life. Identifying ways to demonstrate more courage every day, as well as how to overcome the inevitable obstacles we all face.
