About Peer Networks
Practical no nonsense support from other local businesses
What previous attendees have said:
“I have learnt so much about myself. I have learnt to be more structured in my thinking and in the way I approach meetings and communicate with the team – but most importantly I have learnt to listen.”
Mark Swords, MD, Swords Travel
“I loved the concept of action learning and found it useful as a new way of problem solving.”
Gina Conway, Business Owner
The programme
Peer Networks is delivered through a series of high impact group sessions run by us, with each cohort led by Bernice, our highly experienced facilitator.
The programme includes:
- Interactive action learning
- Trained facilitators
- Small groups
- Flexible topic selection
- One to one coaching
Who is the programme for?
Peer Networks is designed for business leaders who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. It is open to any SME business in any sector that has:

Operated for at least one year

At least 5 employees

A turnover of at least £100,000

An aspiration to improve

And ideally has the potential to scale up or export or is exporting already
Benefits
Businesses that seek external advice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance, but many prefer to take advice from trusted sources, such as their peers, when presented with external challenges and opportunities.
Peer Networks enables you to make connections that go far beyond networking, helping you to overcome business challenges and to recognise and act on new opportunities whilst improving your long-term personal and business performance.
How you and your business can benefit from FREE Peer Networks support

Learn from your peers:
Find solutions to the real issues your business is facing by working with other local business leaders facing similar challenges.
All it takes is your time:
The programme is fully funded so there is no cost to join Peer Networks, other than a few hours of your time each month. You can join virtual sessions from the comfort of your home or office.
Varied delivery, real results:
Networking takes place virtually in structured, small-group sessions, led by professional facilitators to make sure you see real results in return for the investment of your time. You will also benefit from 1:1 mentoring, coaching and advice from trained professionals.
Non-competitive:
Peer Networks brings together business leaders working collaboratively to find solutions to common problems. You will not be placed in a group with any direct or indirect competitors, so you can share your expertise and benefit from others.
Timings
We are currently registering attendees for the final Peer Networks programme which will be run on the following Wednesday mornings in 2022. In addition to the group sessions, we will be running 1-2-1 meetings with every member of the cohort for a total of 3.5 hours (split between 2 to 3 sessions). The first one must be completed prior to the first action learning session.
